Athlete Recruit Prep cares about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect
your information when you use www.athleterecruitprep.com and our AI powered recruiting tools.

- Preferred sport
- Questions you submit to the AI assistant
- Recruiting log entries

1.3 AI Interaction Information
Your AI questions and the generated answers are stored in your recruiting log so you can reference them later.
Your prompts are not used to train external AI systems.
1.4 AR.Prep My Email — Profile Data Sent to AI
When you use AR.Prep My Email, our AI-powered recruiting email coach,
the following profile information is sent to a third-party AI service (OpenAI) to
generate your email suggestions:
- Your name, graduation year, sport, and position
- Your high school name and location
- Athletic stats you have entered on your profile (if any)
- Your height, weight, GPA, and test scores (if entered)
- Your club team name and coach name (if entered)
- Your highlight video link (if entered)
- Your intended major (if entered)
- The target coach's name and school (if you have selected one)
This data is not stored or used to train OpenAI's models.
It is sent only to generate your email suggestion and is governed by
OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
You can control what information is included by editing your profile in
Account Settings.
Logs of your email coach interactions (the instruction you gave, the email generated,
and the coach selected) are stored on our servers to support the daily usage limit
and to improve the feature.

is not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, NFHS, or any athletic governing body.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers supporting hosting, analytics, AI processing, and security
- Payment processors supporting purchases and subscriptions (for example, Stripe)
- Legal authorities if required
